Ann Martenson

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from St. Cloud State University in Communication Studies and Leadership in 2008. I went back to college in 2016 where I earned my Teaching License in Elementary Education from The College of St. Scholastica.

This will be my second year teaching at Noble Academy, and I am so excited to be back! Prior to that, I was a substitute teacher for several districts around the Twin Cities-Metro area. I have worked with so many wonderful staff and students. I feel I have gained so much knowledge from being able to teach in so many different schools.

Reason for becoming a Teacher:

I have honestly wanted to be a teacher since I was a child. I love working with kids of all ages to help them reach their goals and learn new things every day. I also wanted to be a teacher because I feel that learning can and should be fun! There are so many awesome things to learn about in life.

Interesting Facts and Hobbies:

My husband and I live in Maple Grove, not too far from Noble Academy. I have an adorable dog named Louie that keeps us pretty busy as well. Some of my hobbies include biking, kayaking, boating and camping. I also love doing arts and crafts and watching movies. My family and friends mean the world to me so any time that I get to spend with them is sure to be a fabulous time!
