Kelsey Bennett

I graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College with a BA in Elementary Education and 5-8 Mathematics.

This is my ninth year teaching and my 6th year teaching at Noble Academy. I taught Kindergarten in the Buffalo-Hanover-Montrose school district for 2 years, Kindergarten in the Richfield School District for 1 year, Kindergarten at Noble Academy for 3 years, and this is my 3rd year teaching middle school (7th and 8th) math.

Reason for becoming a Teacher:

I have always wanted to be a teacher because I was inspired by so many great teachers I had growing up. I always admired my Kindergarten Teacher, Ms Wurm, as well as my middle school math teacher, Ms. Vasterling. I also love making a difference in a child’s life and watching my students succeed from something that I taught them.

Interesting Facts and Hobbies:
I live in Andover, MN with my husband Tom, my son TJ (4), and my daughter Layla (2). We enjoy traveling to the cabin on the weekend, walks around the neighborhood, playing baseball in the backyard, and watching the Vikings play on Sundays.
