I went to school at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and graduated in 2009 with my BSE in Elementary/Middle Education with a licensed minor in ESL.
When I graduated, I worked at the Hmong American Peace Academy in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for almost four years. At HAPA, I taught 6th grade ELA, Math and Drama. A year later, I went on to Assessments and eventually onto teaching ESL. I loved every bit of my experience there. My family and I moved up to the cities this past summer where I started teaching here at Noble.
Reason for becoming a Teacher:
The reason I became a teacher is because it was something I enjoyed doing while I was in high school tutoring and working with children at my church.
Interesting Facts and Hobbies:
When I am not working, I like to play sports. I may not be any good at the sport I am playing, but I enjoy it. Other things I love do is to lounge at home watching movies with my family and eating together. I feel very blessed to have my husband and my daughter.
