Noble Takes a Creative Approach to Teaching Non-Violence and Self-Defense to Our Students

On Wednesday, December 4, Mr. John Yarwood and Mr. James from Yarwood Martial Arts in Champlin visited Noble to share strategies for building confidence and respect among our students. These strategies are designed to help students navigate various situations effectively. For instance, phrases like "Get back, block, block, leave me alone" can help defuse a challenging scenario, allowing the victim the opportunity to seek assistance from an adult.

The students who attended not only learned valuable new techniques but were also highly motivated and engaged by Mr. Yarwood's dynamic teaching style.
