Prepared and United: Noble Academy Staff Shine in Safety Drills

At Noble Academy, safety isn’t just a priority—it’s a shared responsibility and a reflection of the care we hold for every student and staff member. This week, our school community came together to complete all three safety drills—fire, tornado, and lockdown—with excellence, precision, and heart.

From start to finish, staff demonstrated attentiveness, calm leadership, and strong communication. Even when faced with unexpected challenges—such as blocked exits or missing students—our teams remained focused and responsive. These moments aren’t meant to test us, but to strengthen our systems and ensure that, in a real emergency, everyone knows exactly what to do.

A special recognition goes to Ms. Carr and her class, who responded swiftly and accurately during the fire drill when a student was intentionally “taken” as part of the scenario. The class immediately displayed the red card, accounted for their students, and followed every procedure with confidence. This is a powerful example of strong systems, accountability, and teamwork in action.

“These drills are not just about compliance—they’re about readiness, trust, and protecting what matters most: our students,” said administration. “Every practice, every discussion, and every quick decision builds a culture of safety and confidence at Noble Academy.”

Teachers are encouraged to continue reviewing each drill with their students, reinforcing routines until they become second nature. Preparedness is more than a checklist—it’s a mindset that gives both staff and students the assurance to act quickly and calmly in any situation.

At Noble Academy, we take pride in being a community that leads with purpose, care, and courage. Today’s success was not only a reflection of our preparation, but of our shared commitment to the safety and well-being of every child in our care.

Together, we are ready for anything.
