Education:
University of Minnesota Duluth, Instrumental and classroom music K-12

Experience:
This will be my 4th year teaching at Noble Academy.  I have taught all grades from Kindergarten all the way up to 8th grade.   I have also been teaching private instrument lessons for the past 10 years.

Reason for becoming a Teacher:
I love working and interacting with other people.  I love being able to create music and show students how to play instruments.  The process from beginning to learn a song to the end of hearing it all put together makes it all worth it.  Seeing the look of accomplishment on everyone’s faces is what I look forward to when students are able to perform for each other.

Interesting Facts and Hobbies:
I grew up in the Twin Ports area and there are so many hiking trails to go on and enjoy.  That is one of my favorite things to do with family is spend the day out in the woods.  Especially during the summertime, I love to go out and golf, camping, and other outdoor activities.  I also spend a lot of my free time reading.
